Refund Policy

We want every booking with SCV Pet Services to feel easy and fair. This Refund Policy explains our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund practices for boarding, training, overnight stays, dog walking, and dog sitting. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Deposits

Some Services — particularly long-term boarding and training programs — may require a deposit to hold your reservation. Deposits are applied toward your final balance. Any deposit terms will be confirmed in writing when you book.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice periods are based on the scheduled start time of your Service. To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible by email or text.

3. Multi-Day & Boarding Stays

For boarding and multi-day stays, early pickup does not entitle you to a refund for unused days unless arranged in advance. We will always do our best to be flexible when plans change for good reason.

4. Services Already Provided

Completed Services (such as a walk, sitting visit, or training session that has already taken place) are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a Service, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

5. Cancellations By Us

If we must cancel a confirmed Service for any reason on our side, you will receive a full refund of any payment or deposit for that Service, or the option to reschedule at no penalty.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible and typically processed within 5–10 business days.
